Movie is also known as "Rohtenburg"its created in 2007.This is a case of Armin Meiwes and occured in Germany.The guy wanted to eat someone else,after some time he found his victim and really ate him.Movie was banned by Germany court as it concerned too much Armin Meiwes but later was release again.See trailer of movie.
