In a movie insurance agent(Sam Neill)has to find an author of very popular horror(Jurgen Prochnow)books who suddenly disappear.It is quiet difficult but agent thinks that he can hide himself in a small town which is often mentioned in his books.He decided to visit this town and from that moment strange things start to happen.

The next movie from John Carpenter directory is "In the mout of madness"with Sam Neill and Jurgen Prochnow.I can trully said that it is one of the best horror movies,full of scary moments and crazy story.Real paranoci masterpiece.
